I've used Vista Print for over 10yrs and %1000 a satisfied customer. I have used them for everything big and small. Taking care of all my personal and business needs. I can't speak on customer service because I've never needed them. Everything I've received has been perfect and shipping has never been late if anything earlier then expected. My last order came sooner then I expected and I was prepared for 4th of July weekend.
Lastly, they honor the military discount which is greatly appreciated.

Terrible print and paper quality and the exact opposite of what I had ordered. I ordered embossed and received matte nonsense.
