However, we regret hearing that the print quality of your new rack cards was blurry. We have reviewed the print preview of the design and found that the image and text, especially on the back, are low in resolution. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order, and ask that you respond to this email and provide us with a high-resolution image to replace the older ones. The resolution of your artwork should be 300 DPI. Also, using vector files such as PDF, AI, or SVG is better suited. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed.
