text is clear but logo is a blob

Looks like it will be a fine product. I wish I could have seen an "actual size" view of the item befor I ordered it or even a suggestion to keep the image simple. The text is clear but the image/ logo is a blob. I'll re-order but with a MUCH simplified image.

Very nice, Like color, the only dislike is that the logo is smaller than I thought it would be. But over all very nice.

When I designed the pen on the layout page our company logo looked good. But when the pens came in they did not look like did on the layout page. Our logo came out very small and unreadable. The software or design page is not easy to tell the sizing of our logo. Many other pen types would not accommodate our company logo.

We sincerely apologize that the print of your logo on the pen is smaller than you were expecting. Your design and or text is limited to the very small placeholder on this item is 1.6" x 0.3". While the design is zoomed in and appears larger online, this is to assist when designing; the placeholder size is displayed in the design studio and we also have a built-in ruler for guidance. This product is also shown as being best for text and so you may not get the best results with images. We want to see how best we can help and so our Support team will contact you to provide further assistance.
