I odered 2 of these and they have weathered wind and rain, but the snow is still coming. They flutter nicely and turn some in the wind. My only complaint is the loop to attach the flag to the lower clip is sooooo small. I had to use a bungie cord to connect.

The flag is ok but the stitch looks so unprofessional. It could com undone at any moment. I wished they rush with it. It looks like they were in a hurry and didn't put any effort to make it look professional.
