After reviewing your order, we noticed that the flat option was chosen. Please note that we offer two types of note cards: folded and flat. We suggest recreating your design using the folded template and placing a new order in the future. In the future, please pay attention to the design options: the folded cards include inside printing, while the flat cards feature backside printing. While we are glad to hear that the customer service process itself was smooth, we are very sorry that the notecards still arrived with faded color and nicked corners, even after a replacement.
