Wedding invites with RSVP cards enclosed should be sent 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding date. If RSVPs are still pending around 2 weeks before your big day, you can start to send out gentle reminders. For destination weddings where guests may need more time to make travel plans, it's a good idea to mail the invitation suite at least 3 months in advance.

We recommend including a space for the guest to write in their name and confirm their attendance and meal preference, along with any dietary restrictions. Most of our templates already include this information, but you can easily add or remove any details before you print your wedding RSVP cards. For a faster response, you can also include a QR code that takes guests directly to your wedding website.

That's up to you! Since RSVP cards are generally mailed together with the invitation suite, they'll already have envelope addressing.

Before you finalize your RSVP cards, you’ll be asked to choose from a range of quality paper stocks. We currently offer the following options; standard matte, upgraded premium matte, linen, pearl and premium glossy.

Yes. Before you’ve finished ordering your RSVPs, you’ll have a chance to add envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive 1 envelope for each card. If you’d like to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll have that option, too – that said, we do highly recommend adding envelopes to your order. Plus, we now offer RSVP envelopes with return addressing to make it as easy as possible for your guests to send back their responses!

Yes. With our design service, you can work with a professional designer on totally original RSVP cards. Just fill out a brief and you’ll receive an initial draft of your cards’ design in as little as 24 hours.

Yes – proofs are so important during the wedding planning process. It’s an easy way to share your wedding RSVP with someone else – your partner, a friend or wedding planner. In our online studio, you’ll be able to download a free digital proof, and as you design your own save the date postcards, you can create as many proofs as you’d like. We want you to love the finished product!

We don’t offer custom samples at this time. However, you can order a single flat RSVP card in our standard matte, premium matte or glossy paper stocks. You can also order a small batch of 10 response cards in any stock you like.

Both are affordable ways to see the colors and design in person. If you’re pleased, reordering more custom RSVP cards is quick and easy. And if you do want to make any changes, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio.

To stay organized and on top of every RSVP, we recommend creating a spreadsheet that you can easily access on your computer or phone. Be sure to add columns for guest names, RSVP status, meal choice and any other information you may need. Or, if you're the pen and paper type, keep track of your headcount by hand (satisfying check marks, yes please).
