I had ordered a stamp similar to this a few years ago and it still works. How ever this time the stamp that I ordered arrived defective and would not work. I had to call ask for a new one to be sent and still waiting for the new stamps to arrive. Seems like your workmandhip and quality control has really gone down. I really like these stamps, the only issue I have is on the top it does not show your stamp, they leave it blank.
