There is no difference at all in terms of product quality, as they are both high-quality, 100% cotton T-Shirts. The FREE T-Shirts offer is limited to White T-Shirts and 24 design choices. Our other T-Shirts offer many design choices and may be available in different colors and have the ability to upload a logo or picture (for a small upload fee). Vistaprint makes this free offer available to you because we are confident that you will find our T-Shirts to be of superb quality.
