I invested 2 hours evaluating my foundation's logo on abut twenty hats. Each hat allocated space above the brim differently. I found a hat whose allowable logo dimensions were consistent with the aspect ratio of my logo. That allowed me to create the largest stitched replica. I then requested help from an online human assistant to review the design prior to submittal. He/she cleaned up the rendering, particularly the shamrock, and ensured the letters in the word "Foundation" were stitched over a green background. The color of green came out perfectly. The result is a quality hat bearing a well crafted complex logo.

I reordered 15 additional hats. Enough said.
