The hat was not as expected

I designed the hat with Keystone taekwondo logo however the the logo want embroidered properly. The name of the taekwondo school was not on the logo. I wish I get the refund of the hat or another hat exactly as it is in the logo. Please let me know whether am getting refund or another hat with logo put in as it it. Thank you.

Great hat, Vista did a nice job on the logo and embroidery. It is a bit tight, but I expected as much as my specific size was out of stock. The price was a high, but it was a one-off, so I understand. Looking forward to taking advantage of savings on larger runs.
