Not happy with the second order. Expensive for poor quality!

This is a construction company hat. I reordered more for my crew as the business grows. They are really expensive for hats. However the quality has decreased, the embroidery on 2 of the 4 hats failed. The worst part is the circle logo around the house. This second order is not a true circle and has too thin of lines so it does not show clearly. Why the change??? I didn't update the logo or design plan, just a reorder. Please check your quality control. Now I'm not sure what to do, give only half or all and apologize for the defects to my team. Not satisfied!

I ordered this hat twice with a simple design I picked from their choices. Both times they cancelled my order and said they couldn't make it with no other explanation.
