If there was an option to give you a 0 I would. The product you sent me was terrible. Even after I explained the issues with the work, you sent a second hat that was no different from the first, only moved to the left a short distance. The type touched the logo, the balance was off, your method of set up and proofing is not good at all.

The logo was printed sideways
