The hats are true to the two sizes I ordered for my employees. The colors in the cap are perfect and the quality of materials are very nice. I love that they are stretchable mesh so the seem to fit the assorted adults easily. Those with ethnic hair will definitely appreciate the stretch factor and NO snapback to deal with.
