We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the design printed on your hat. We understand your expectation that the design would be printed as large as possible. For this product, the printable design area is limited to 1.57 x 3.15 inches, as outlined in the online design tool. Designs cannot be printed beyond this area. To achieve a different look or better use of the space, the design would need to be edited before placing a future reprint.
