The smell you’ve noticed is common—it comes from a fixation agent used in the printing process to help the ink adhere to the fabric. This is a standard part of all DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and ensures the design remains vibrant and long-lasting. Fortunately, the smell should disappear after the first wash. After reviewing the design, we noticed it wasn’t extended to full bleed, which limited its use of the available space. We've sent you a separate email requesting more details.
