Turned out nice, but different from template

I wanted the logo to be on the hat just like it was delivered--but I have to share that it's bigger than what the template online made it. The template maximum size was much smaller. So I'm glad it came out very nice, but frustrated that I can't count on what I see when ordering.

The hat itself is great, but the embroidery stinks. I even confirmed with Support before ordering it what size embroidery would be and it’s still too small and too high on the hat. Unless you have a very bold logo and you want it small and high don’t do it. It was a waste of $40 for me.

It’s always disappointing when something doesn’t turn out as anticipated, especially after confirming the details in advance. The smell you’ve noticed is common—it comes from a fixation agent used in the printing process to help the ink adhere to the fabric. This is a standard part of all DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and ensures the design remains vibrant and long-lasting. Fortunately, the smell should disappear after the first wash. After reviewing the design, we noticed it wasn’t extended to full bleed, which limited its use of the available space. We've sent you a separate email requesting more details. We truly appreciate your time and patience as we work through this with you.
