Wrong color thread, wrong color embroidery could not fix in time

United StatesOrdered these for my husbands 50th birthday, ordered them way in advance but still the arrived with a black hats when they were supposed to be grey and bright orange thread when they were supposed to be gold thread. Contacted Vista Print and they said they could not reproduce them in time. Very disappointing.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that our Customer Care Team members have recently been in touch to provide assistance regarding this concern. We highly recommend continuing with that ongoing communication thread so our team can ensure a proper and satisfactory resolution is fully achieved for you. These hats were just what I was after. I would have break outs on my forehead due to hats that I would wear every day. These hats due to being unstructured are able to be washed and not lose their form. And the printing and color was perfect. Excellent purchase.
Great hat!

The vistaprint team worked with me to put my own logo on the hat. It looks awesome!
