Mine definitely didn't look like the pictures. They all have a permanent fold/ruffle on the front panel on each side above the bill. Maybe its from packing but it's in the structure on all of them. I cant fix it. The bill fits wide and leaves a gap between band and the head. Other than that, the color and embroidery was good.

Slightly Disappointed

The color was a lot lighter than I thought- more white than gray. Also the embroidery looks smaller than the scale I was shown. I most likely will not purchase another of this style.
