I ordered a hat with a logo. I bought 1 to test before proceeding. It came out great. I went to order again and made some minor changes - mostly simplifying some details that hadn't come through. But then I was told the simplified logo was too detailed. It was slightly frustrating, but Vistaprint came through. They comp'ed me working with a designer who helped resolve issues. The final result was great - definitely 5-star. I heartily recommend! I was concerned that "Valuecap" meant poor quality. But it seems reasonable to me, and the adjustable Velcro means it fits a pretty large variety of heads.
