We also appreciate your note regarding the embroidery—online previews can sometimes differ from the final stitched product. Could you send us a photo of the embroidery? Seeing it will help us better understand the issue and improve the experience for future orders. We’ll make sure to pass your suggestion about using a logo or sizing designs up to our team as well.
