After choosing the options that work best for you, upload your logo or image to our online design studio. There you’ll use the editor to customize your packaging look or use the tools to reimagine an existing image. Remember to remove the die-lines from your uploaded image, otherwise they will be printed along with your design. Pro tip: For a more vibrant print, we recommend designs with darker tones or colors. Then, select the custom options that work best for your packaging look.

We recommend clear packaging or poly tape to best show off and preserve your design. When packing, we recommend you overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several inches down the either side of the box.
E-flute is very thin (1/16") corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. Sturdy and crush resistant, it’s a good option for shipments – we do not recommend these mailers for very large or heavy items.
