B-flute corrugated cardboard is a sturdy material that is 1/8" (3 mm) thick. It is crush- and puncture-resistant, so you won't need to use a secondary box for shipping.

Boxes vary in weight based on their size:

• 4" x 4" x 8": 3 oz.
• 4.25" x 4.25" x 12.5": 5 oz.

Please note that outside measurements (W x D x H) are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the assembly:

• 4” x 4” x 8” inside, 4.125" x 4.25" x 8.438" outside
• 4.25" x 4.25” x 12.5" inside, 4.5" x 4.5" x 13" outside

We can print only on the outside of your tuck top mailer boxes. The interiors of the boxes are brown kraft cardboard.
