Frequently asked questions

Our plain boxes are made of either E-Flute or B-flute corrugated cardboard, depending on the style. B-flute is a sturdy (1/8") corrugated cardboard and great for protecting your goods. Sturdy and puncture-resistant, it’s a good option for shipments – and you won’t need a secondary box when sending your items. E-flute is a thin (1/16") corrugated cardboard. It’s easy to fold, sturdy and crush-resistant, which makes it a good option for shipments that aren’t large or heavy.

You can customize your unbranded boxes with personalized labels, stickers or packaging tape to stand out.

Yes. You can order sample boxes in all our available sizes. We'll send a box pre-printed with a sample design for only $4 with free standard shipping. Our samples give you a feel for the quality and allow you to try out different sizes before ordering in higher quantities.

They will be shipped flat for convenience but

For heavy products and items, we recommend using mailer and shipping boxes. We suggest flat shipping boxes and square mailer boxes for lightweight items like beauty products, documents, clothing and books.
