We're extremely sorry about the printing issue of the Nash Pen-Stylus you received. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Looking at the attached image and the artwork in your My Projects, the text details color will become too light once printed considering the background color of the product. Since our printing system is automated and has no human intervention, the submitted file was printed as it is. Furthermore, we highly suggest that you always check the preview, and generate a PDF proof before proceeding to ensure correctness prior to ordering your products. We realize that this might not be the best answer you are expecting, but we hope that you still feel our genuine intentions to help. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us.
