If I need to change a color or size, I do not see online, I can call customer service, and they will stay on the phone as long as I need until the design is right. I liked the print job the most but I must say a bit disappointed on the cut edge. It’s not a clean cut very jagged. Also the hanging me mechanism arrived broken. I usually don’t complain but this is for our business front door area & the jagged edge looks tacky.

Frequently asked questions

You can choose between 1/2" thick plywood or 1/2" thick MDF (medium-density fiberboard) materials for your wooden sign. Both are wood-made products created by bonding layers of wood veneer or fibers together with resin.

If you do choose to add drilled holes, your wooden sign will come with 4 drilled holes, each with a size of 5/16". Additionally, we'll include spacers with your order to make it easy to hang your sign on the wall.

We provide 3 different hanging options to choose from, tailored to suit your specific needs: drilled holes, keyholes and cleats. It is important to consider the weight of your sign and the type of wall surface before selecting your preferred hanging method. We provide all the necessary hardware (except for a screwdriver) to hang your sign, so you won't need to worry about purchasing anything extra. No. We currently offer 1-sided printing and 9 standard sizes.

Our wooden signs are printed using a UV ink printing process on plywood, or medium-density fiberboard (MDF).

Our wooden signs can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap.
