Printing wasn't centered

I was unable to use the sign that I ordered due to the printing being off centered in the sign by over an inch. I manually centered the sign on my design order and approved the final spec before ordering. But the final product was drastically different, so I have wasted the $55. 11 that it cost me. There were no issues with the quality of the acrylic sign or the ink used for printing. Had my logo been centered properly on the sign like the final spec that I had approved, I would have given 5 stars. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this product was really important to me.
