To help clarify, the size shown on your invoice as ordered is 5" x 3". We offer a wide range of custom sizes from 3" to 36" in both length and width, allowing you to select the exact dimensions that best fit your needs. Regarding the stands, these are optional accessories that require a manual selection during the design and checkout process; they are not automatically added to sign orders. We want to make sure you get exactly what you need for your display. Please reply and let us know if the physical sign you received measures smaller than the 5" x 3" dimensions ordered.
