Upon reviewing your order history, we can confirm that you purchased two sets of A-Frame Signs in the Frame + 2 Inserts bundle. While the product does allow for double-sided printing, the design for the back side must be uploaded manually during customization. In this case, the back side was left blank, which is why only one printed insert was produced per frame. Although the cost of the backside design was included in your total, the absence of an uploaded design meant it couldn’t be printed. We understand this may not have been clear during the ordering process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. As a gesture of goodwill—and in appreciation of your loyalty since 2012—we’ve already taken action on your order and sent a separate email with full details of the assistance provided. Additionally, we’ve saved two separate 24" x 36" insert designs in your account and added them to your Shopping Cart, so you can easily order them to complete the back sides of your signs. And if you believe the same artwork should appear on both the front and back, you may simply order two quantities of each design.
