My recent ordered of a step and repeat banner from VistaPrint. The item arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, the setup and stability were a bit disappointing. The frame feels somewhat unsteady and lacks solid support, especially in the middle section. Even light wind can knock it over, which makes it difficult to use confidently at events. Adding more support in the center, extra screws for reinforcement, and including or recommending weights like bean bags would greatly improve the overall stability. It works, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The quality of this product is great! The frame is very sturdy and reusable. I loved that it included a carrying case so we can store and transfer it when necessary. The backdrop is great quality fabric. I was expecting a stretchy see through material but it's thick fabric, nothing shows through. We used it for a special event speakers backdrop and it worked perfectly!
