I was looking for an affordable, portable, big banner for a very important trade show that I could use over and over again. This one was such a good deal and it sets up quickly. The print quality is amazing. And now that we have the frame, we'll be designing other show-specific banners. This was a great find!
Terrible Product and Customer Service

We ordered a banner and the printing job was terrible, each print had faded squares behind the logos and texts. We reported it to Vistprint who then sent the same product again, TWICE after ensuring that they would do quality checks to ensure that this does not happen. So now we have 3 large unusable banners and were not able to get one in time for our event. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and would not send the next one priority shipping.
Do Not order this product - and hopefully you do not need to contact customer service for anything Vistaprint related.
