The picture I put on this was dark and detailed, but the mock up nailed it. However, when I got it in, it was way too dark, and the image was really blurry. It looked terrible. I also filed a complaint and they said they’d get back to me in 24 hours, but they didn’t.

To help us investigate this further, could you please reply with photos of the banner you received, particularly images that clearly show the print quality concerns? This will allow us to review the issue thoroughly and determine the best resolution.

I have purchased several of these and the glue seems to wear off after about a year. They look good on the table and are somewhat cheap, though. I wish they had a better quality version.
