The black was not very dark, it was more of a grey color. The letter press did not go through on all my letters, so some were incomplete.

I printed on the nicest paper with periwinkle ink and they are beautiful and substantial- legible type, was able to use my custom design, and they have an elevated feel. Was so glad to see vistaprint offers letterpress now as i felt limited by my letterpress options with other companies. Now they just need to offer letterpress business cards!

I was hesitant to order their letterpress products since it’s new to the company and there weren’t many reviews. Given their unbeatable price, I took a chance and ordered. Fortunately, Vistaprint exceeded all my expectations. These were amazing quality, and I’ve received many compliments on my wedding invites! They were delivered almost a week earlier than expected. I really liked that I was able to upload my own image onto the product. Other companies don’t often allow for the same level of customization on their letterpress products. Letterpress is a time-honored printing technique where metal plates with various text and designs are inked and then stamped onto paper. This creates a deep impression in the paper and a beautiful, antique look.

We’ve made it easy. Start by selecting a paper option from the dropdown menu and then head to our gallery to select an invitation template. After selecting, you’ll be taken to the design studio. Here, you can pick your ink color and customize your template with names, dates, addresses and other details for your wedding. Finalize your design, place your order and you’re done. (And to think, once upon a time you’d have to find yourself a printing press.)

We offer 3 different paper stocks, which vary in color, thickness and material.

Uncoated: An uncoated paper with an absorbent finish. Available in white or ecru, this stock is a wonderful, budget-friendly option, with a weight of 130 lbs.

100% Cotton: A thick stock made entirely of cotton, with a classic letterpress feel and a weight of 110 lbs. Available in pearl white or fluorescent white.

Premium 100% Cotton: Our double-thick, most premium cotton stock. With a weight of 220 lbs., the paper’s thickness prevents the invitation’s imprint from showing through the back of the card. Available in pearl white or fluorescent white.

Yes! We offer letterpress enclosure cards and letterpress RSVPs so you can create a complete suite.

Yes. After designing, you’ll be able to add Euro flap envelopes to your order. We offer 3 different styles: free, colored and premium.

You can also skip envelopes altogether, but we strongly suggest adding them.

We currently don’t offer addressing on our Euro flap envelopes: All envelopes will arrive blank.

Please note that we only offer single-color printing at this time.

Absolutely. When you upload your design, it will automatically convert to a single color of your choice. You can select from 22 different colors using the dropdown menu in our design studio.

Due to letterpress’ unique printing methods, letterpress invitations have a distinct texture and feel that many other invitations don’t. Between this and their beautiful vintage look, letterpress invitations can leave a lovely impression on guests.

With the time and technology required to create letterpress, letterpress invitations can also be a bit more costly compared to other invites. However, we at VistaPrint are proud to offer you this beloved stationery at an accessible price.
