Standard Matte paper naturally absorbs ink and softens tones, while the conversion from RGB (screen colors) to CMYK (commercial print inks) can deepen dark shades and alter how specific colors reproduce. To help us determine whether this outcome was due to these common print variables or a production calibration issue, we kindly ask that you share clear photos of the product you received. This will allow our quality team to compare the physical print directly against your original design file and identify the best solution for you. For future projects, preparing artwork directly in CMYK color mode helps achieve more accurate tones for print. In addition, selecting a glossy paper stock often produces brighter, more vivid results, especially for richly illustrated or photo-based designs, while using high-resolution files ensures sharper details and richer colors. Adjusting the color mix, such as reducing the amount of Black (K) in shadowed areas, can also enhance vibrancy and prevent dark sections from printing too heavily. Our system is automated, so items are printed as submitted. When placing your next order, we recommend that you increase the size of the text.
