The suggested color that matches the design looks acceptable on the preview. When I received the cards, the text was not readable over the frosted printing and I had to spend money and re-order. The proof I approved online did not necessarily match what I received and it was an expensive fix.

Overall, my cods was as expected. I only had one issue my q r code for my card is not working so I will reach out to visit to see if this could be resolved

After reviewing the submitted design, we noted that the QR code artwork was blurry and pixelated, which impacted the scanning process in the final print. Also, we attempted to scan the QR code from our end and were unfortunately unable to do so due to the low-resolution file quality. For the best possible results, we recommend using high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 DPI, particularly for important functional elements such as QR codes. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly encourage reviewing the on-screen preview and downloading the PDF proof before finalizing an order, as this can help identify visibility and clarity concerns in advance. Furthermore, we offer professional design services where our graphic design team can help improve and enhance file quality for better print results. I decided to go with the Frosted business card for my husband’s business. Everything looked great on the mock up design until the cards were delivered. We can’t even read what’s on the business card unless it’s directly underneath a bright light. Therefore we’re unable to hand these cards out to clients and we’re now $100 in the hole for 100 business cards. It would’ve been nice if a message popped up when uploading our business logo and contact information that the colors would not be readable on the frosted business cards. Thanks Vista Print.
