The design is great. However, the QR Code I had placed on the back doesn’t work. Very disappointing! I am not sure what went wrong or why vista print wouldn’t do a test with one before printing or even sending them out. Therefore, not sure if I would order again from them.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We are glad to hear that you praised the design of your business cards, but we are very sorry to learn that the QR code on the back is not working as expected. Upon checking your order, we tested and tried to scan the QR code directly from your artwork and were unable to reach its destination page. This indicates that the issue stems from the uploaded QR code itself, which was not properly linked to your destination URL before it was submitted. While our automated production process prints the files exactly as uploaded, for future orders, we strongly recommend verifying that your QR code links to a valid, active URL prior to checkout to ensure seamless scanning. We hope this clarifies how the issue occurred, and we truly appreciate your patience. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via this direct link: https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/
