Port Authority® Flexfit® Cap

We regret to hear that you were not happy with the size of the letters on the hats ordered and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the hat selected has a print area of 1.5"x2" which is relatively small. We would recommend choosing a hat that has a larger print area in order to have larger letters on the product. In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we've taken the necessary steps on your account and have sent you an email with the details.

We are very sorry to hear that your logo turned out small and did not meet your expectations. Please note that the logo was maximized within a 1.5" high x 2" wide placeholder, and these specific dimensions are shared on our product specifications page. For future orders, we recommend noting these placeholder sizes in advance to ensure your expectations are fully met. You may also choose to select a cap with a larger placeholder area next time, and we are more than happy to recommend alternative options if you need assistance. https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/
