I love the quality of the cap itself. I uploaded a fairly heavy graphic image for embroidery. They did have to make a change to the embroidery, that left off a couple of words (due to size), which I approved. It came out much better than expected.

The hats look nice.
However, they are tighter than expected and were said to be L/XL.
Perhaps an XL/XXL option may also be available.
