This is the 2nd hat I received that was unfortunately not satisfactory. This one came with better embroidery, but unfortunately the order sticker placed in the front of the hat left a lot of sticky residue, ruining the hat. I will not order again.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your review submission. We are committed to providing exceptional service and regret that we fell short this time. We’d appreciate the opportunity to make it right and need your assistance. The sticker on the hat should come off easily without leaving any residue, so we are sorry for the experience you've had. Please reply to this email with a photo of the hat displaying the issue with the sticker, so we can find a resolution that meets your expectations. We can process a replacement or explore other suitable options. Just let us know how you'd like to proceed. Repeat customer

This review comes from a place of a repeat customer who's used this company and their services quite often. The review will be honest and transparent
One the quality of the material is superb
Two, the logo placement is a little difficult to determine.
Three color coding. The hat to the shirt is difficult. They should sell options where they have a hat and T-shirt to match or hat etc. To match. I like the trucker hat and the color scheme that I chose. I thought matched perfectly online but in person the hat is a little darker 😞
For the necessity of me spending x amount of dollars to get x amount off becomes pointless when my aspirations are matching uniform hat and shirt and I don't really need a coffee cup for anything...
Again repeat customer still will be a customer but I would prefer them look into hat and T-shirt options or hat and hoodie options, hat and long sleeve options as sold as a bundle for a uniform. Look in color and in style.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for being such a loyal repeat customer and for sharing your transparent feedback with us regarding your Yupoong Classics™ Six-Panel Retro Trucker Cap and matching apparel. We are thrilled to hear that the quality of the material is superb, but we completely understand your points regarding logo placement, color coordination between items, and the desire for bundled uniform options like hat-and-shirt or hat-and-hoodie sets. We also note your experience with the slight color variance between the online preview and the physical hat. Furthermore, we will share your valuable input with our relevant product and merchandising teams for future review and enhancement as we look for ways to improve our matching uniform offerings. We truly appreciate your continued support. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-866-207-4955.
