Horrible product, size is completely off

After having bought almost any product from Carhartt, this jacket is a terrible purchase. Vistaprint will not tell you that upfront, but it only comes in 2XL, so if you're not larger, it will not fit you and Vistaprint will still charge you for the product. In the attempt to get a small size jacket, I was blamed for placing the wrong order while the supposedly small order was most recently placed by a Vistaprint team member. More generally, bad product and worse customer service.
