Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your disappointment that the embroidered lettering appeared smaller than expected and did not look as you anticipated from the approval preview. The printable area for this polo is 4" × 4", and based on our checks, the logo did not utilize most of the available space. For future orders, we recommend adjusting the logo layout to make better use of the printable area, so the lettering is more prominent. To help address your concern, we’ve taken action on your account to address the issue. You’ll receive a separate email with the details.

Logo came out great. The shirt is lightweight and fits decent, the sleeves could be a tad tight and/or shorter, but not too bad.

I work inside distribution centers, so it can sometimes be quite warm. This shirt is comfortable in that environment and continues to look good throughout the day
