Nothing but problems

I hate to have to leave this review, but I have given this company so many chances to make things right and they have failed over and over again. I have placed at least 6 orders in the last month and only one of them have been correct. I have spent at least 8 to 10 hours on the phone with no less then 12 to 14 people and no one can seem to give me a answer to why they cant get anything right and why every order has been wrong and why we were still charged for orders that they canceled for no reason even after telling us the order was on the way. Every person that I spoke to were very polite, but they all made promises that they did not keep and none of them corrected the problem that continues to happen. We originally ordered some items that were supposed to be to us by a certain date and promised by three or four of their staff and not one item either came in time or was correct and I am still waiting for the order to be complete almost three weeks after the fact. I am tired of explaining the whole store to people over and over again and not getting the products when I need them. I will have to take my business elsewhere in the future because I can not run my business effectively when the products we order either don't show up or are ALWAYS wrong!
