Image has a plastic feel/look, like an iron-on

I have ordered custom shirts from this site in the past with positive outcomes however, this time my image (claimed to be a screen print) looked and felt like it was an iron on. it has a plastic feel, it even crinkles up like plastic lol. IDK what vistaprint changed recently in the way they create the image..but ... 0/10 👎🏻

not what I expected

I'm not sure if it was something I did or something I missed but this print is a thick heavy plastic feeling panel on the shirt and it's really not wearable. It's the correct image and it looks good but I was expecting the print to be colored into the fabric, and not a separate panel bonded onto the fabric
