Scuffs and scratches

United StatesEnvelops are decent quality and printing is fine. A lot of the envelops have scuffs and scratches on the exterior surface that has rubbed through the envelop color. Not sure I would order again.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and giving us the chance to help.
A bit of a let down

The product in concept is nice. I opted for all all black envelope and it came damaged from rubbing inside the box. All of the edges where worn and the front and back envelopes in contact with the box were scuffed and unusable. The first box was also damaged. Vistaprint sent replacements right away but the packaging was the same and the same damaged occurred. These should come better wrapped to protect the edges and in a larger box so that the edges and corners do not get damaged.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We're truly sorry to hear that the color was rubbing off the envelopes folders ordered and apologize for the inconvenience caused. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that you were able to get the matter resolved when our customer care team was contacted.
