I received my business cards (they look great) but I also ordered a pen -- the pen wasn't in the box. Through the website I reported the discrepancy and immediately had the choice to request either a refund for the pen or ship a free replacement. . . I chose the free replacement, and received it promptly. The pen looks great too! Thanks for the excellent service!
