We have ordered from vista print many times over the last 10 years. Usually a straight forward process and never had any hiccups with our orders. Sometimes the color is off a smidge but not too off to where it was an issue.
This is the first time where we ordered 1000 of the same design and they came in several packs of random quantities like 10, 20, 25, 50, 125. Usually they come in just a few large packs. Also, they are covered in black dirt of some sort. I'm not sure if its a new manufacturer or a different process, but this feels like a waste of plastic, materials, and now our time to inventory.

Regarding the black dirt, we are not sure what could have caused that; however, we hope it did not cause any damage to the cards. If it did, please reply to this email with photos displaying the damage and state the number of cards that were affected.
