Terrible Quality

See attached photos for what I ordered vs what was delivered. Printing is lumpy and not clear AT ALL. I'd be embarrassed to give these out to prospects at a trade show.

We want to assure you that this is not typical of the quality, and we are happy to offer a replacement order for the can cooler. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you may track the status by going to your Order History under My Account. Please note that the printing technology used on the can coolers is "screen printing," which has a smooth, slightly raised feel. As such, it will not look the same as printing down on business cards, for example. We trust this will be helpful.
