Benchmark Achievement Dichroic- Large Award

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear that the font size on your Benchmark Achievement Dichroic - Large Award turned out too small to read well, and we completely understand your frustration. We checked your design file, and it appears the text was uploaded as an image into the Studio, which bypassed our system's usual minimum font size check. Because our printing processes are fully automated, items are produced directly from the uploaded files, which is why we offer multiple preview options prior to checkout. Given that the printable design area for this award is 2.5" x 2.5", we would be happy to assist you with a complimentary replacement. Please feel free to update your design with that print area size in mind, and simply reply to this email whenever you are ready so we can process your replacement order. Should you need immediate support or have any urgent questions while updating your design, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-866-207-4955 or visit our Help Center. We value your feedback and look forward to resolving this to your satisfaction.
