I like the pens, but the logo was way too small to see. We have ordered other pens from Vista and loved them. Unfortunatly those pens have been out of stock for several months and we needed more for an upcoming event. When designing the pen it looked like the logo would be slightly bigger. We will not order these pens again. We have always ordered all of our promo items from Vista and always been very pleased with out buisness Cards, post cards, pens and advertisement items. I should of researched the pen size better.

We regret hearing that, although you have had success with other pens and products from us, the size of the logo and text on these pens was smaller than expected. For the best results in the future, we suggest that you pay attention to the print area of the design, as this will determine how big your design will be printed. It may also be best to limit the amount of details that are placed on the design.
