I ordered custom ballpoint pens featuring my business logo, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The pens look professional, the logo looks great, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. It's amazing how something as simple as a pen can make your business feel that much more polished and memorable. I'm proud to hand these out knowing they represent my company so well. Vistaprint did a fantastic job, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

My logo was poorly done. I couldn't give out to clients
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We regret to hear that the printing on the pens was poorly done. We've done some checks and found that the logo was uploaded that way to the pens. Our system is automated, so items are printed as submitted. As a courtesy, we are happy to help by providing you with a free replacement order. Please make the necessary changes to the design by removing the outline, re-upload it, and then reply to this email so we can review and proceed with the new order if possible. If you are unable to make the changes on your own, we have a design team that may be able to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them directly via www.vistaprint.com/design.

I would do a 5 star but the black on the graphics is already coming off. Other than that it is a great pen. It is a great way to advertise.

The pen itself is beautiful and the weight makes it feel good in your hand and worth the price charged. Once business picks up I will consider purchasing more to give as contract signing gifts.
