Printed on the wrong side of the license plate

Aug 15, 2025 | Tonya R. | Verified Buyer
My logo was printed on the wrong side of the license plate. It should have been on the glossy side, and it was on the rough side, which made the image look blurry. Looking forward to getting the replacement to see if it is better quality
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We're sorry to hear that the print was done on the wrong side of the product and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We're happy to see that you were able to get the matter resolved when our customer care team was contacted.

GREAT PLATE!

Aug 8, 2025 | Deborah M. | Verified Buyer
I’ve done business cards through VistaPrint before, but this was my first time working with them to create a custom license plate. VistaPrint did an outstanding job! I am very happy with the quality of the substrate material, the printing, and the finishing. Based on my experiences, I will definitely look to VistaPrint for future printing of any type.

Grainy and not looking like high quality like I uploaded the picture

Aug 7, 2025 | brandon h. | Verified Buyer
The license plate is grainy and doesn’t look like the 4k Quality I uploaded on the template it doesn’t look like how I uploaded it either has a line up across the top where it supposed to not have a line also the color is not popping like how the picture when I uploaded it supposed to look like I don’t like it I would like a replacement if can happen to make it look great. I paid great money for this item and I paid great shipping to have it sent to my house extra fast because of a event we’re having Saturday for a transformers get together for our cars and now I can’t have this on my car until I get the replacement I guess you pay for what you get and the fast shipping is a gimmick to get you to pay so they can hurry up with your design and get it to you quickly to have it sent out. If I buy something I suspect to get what I paid for not no grainy picture wish it was right the first time.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We understand your dissatisfaction, and we want to help make this right by offering a replacement order. Please respond to this email to confirm if you wish to proceed with this. Since your request is urgent, we recommend that you please reach out to our Customer Support team via www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/. We look forward to working with you.
