Not what I expected

Have always been happy with VistaPrint but this 10' backdrop pop-up banner turned out way too light - even though the images I was shown as proofs looked as dark as they'd been designed. In addition, because the fabric attaches only with little velcro squares, it was impossible to get it nice and taut. We did the best we could at the trade show, and we camouflaged the droopy appearance by strategically arranging our vertical retractable banners - which turned out great. I'm now very leery of anything printed on fabric - this is the second time we've had a fabric backdrop turn out either the wrong color, or be too light. I suppose that's the challenge of printing on fabric, but I didn't get any warning notices about either backdrop (the one with the wrong color we purchased last year. ) I would have appreciated a heads up that there was a possibility that the colors wouldn't look right, and I could have had the pop-up redesigned. As it is, this was an expensive ($1200) mistake because we won't be using it again at future trade shows. :( We were so, so disappointed - we had been so excited to see it, expecting it to look like the proofs.

This is the easiest, lightest, and just an overall lovely tradebooth display, hands down, well up actually, after setting it up we may, or may not have, high five’d! 🙌🏼 The image quality is bright and vivid, so happy with my purchase. Easy to put together with one person even. For outdoor use, you can just add a couple sandbags on the back without seeing them from the front. I’ll only add, you need to buy this! I ordered the 7. 5’x7. 5’ size to have room on the sides in a 10x10 booth.

This was a terrible purchase! The banner printing was great but the Velcro was not sewn on correctly to attach to the display frame. It was also too long for the frame so even if the top was even the bottom bunched and covered the printing. Also because the Velcro was not attached correctly the Velcro kept ruining the banner with each attempt to place the banner. This was not the exhibiting experience we were hoping for our small non-profit. I can not recommend this product nor can I trust that a new banner will be made correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Pop-up signage can be assembled by a single person, but it would be most efficient to have at least 2 people working together. Assembly is quick – about 5 minutes with 2 people – when you use the following approach:

1. STRETCH OUT CORNERS: Make sure the hook and loop fasteners are facing up, then stretch out the corners.

2. LOCK CLIPS: Lay your pop-up display frame and lock the clips into place.

3. ATTACH FABRIC: Attach the fabric to the fastener strip around the pop-up.

4. RAISE & STABILIZE: Raise the pop-up sign and attach the stabilizer feet.

With proper care and normal wear and tear, the expected lifespan of our pop-up displays is roughly 6 years.

The 7.5ˈx 7.5ˈm pop-up works well with most standard-size trade show booths.

Yes, we do offer a graphic-only option if you want new fabric for an existing Vistaprint pop-up frame. Please note that we can only guarantee that it will fit one of our frames.

The pop-up display is NFPA701 fire certified.

Airline regulations vary but for the 7.5' x 7.5' display, the weight of frame, fabric, and case is 28 lbs. For the 7.5' x 10' display, the weight of frame, fabric and case is 35 lbs.

The included soft carrying case (soft sides with wheels) is 37" x 13" x 12". It comes with wheels for easy transport.

7.5' x 10' : 28lbs for frame plus 4 lbs for fabric print. 7.5' x 10' with end caps: 28lbs for frame + 5 lbs for fabric print.

7.5' x 7.5' : 24lbs for frame plus 4 lbs for fabric print. 7.5' x 7.5' with end caps: 24lbs for frame + 5 lbs for fabric print.
