Not worth the money

I’ve ordered 3 of these signs over the span of 2 months and they've all broke. One was broken before I even used it. I opened the box to a flawed sign that I couldn’t use. The metal piece has become disconnected or unglued to the vinyl and the sign gets stuck in the base and you can’t get it out. Not worth the headache.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We sincerely apologize for the issues with your Tabletop Retractable Banners, where the vinyl disconnected from the metal piece and the banners became stuck in the base. Receiving flawed items that break during use or arrive unusable right out of the box is certainly not the standard of quality or experience VistaPrint wants you to have, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you. To help us investigate this issue thoroughly and work with you toward the best possible resolution, we recommend responding directly to this review with clear photos of the affected banners along with your order numbers. Because your account shows one order placed in May 2026 and two orders in July 2026, providing the specific order details will allow us to pinpoint the exact items. Please rest assured that your feedback regarding the adhesive and base mechanism will be shared directly with our production and quality assurance teams to help improve our assembly standards and prevent similar defects in the future. If your request is urgent or if you prefer to speak directly with a representative for real-time assistance, our Customer Support team is available by phone at 1-866-207-4955, or you can visit our Help Center at https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/. We look forward to hearing from you and making things right.

I had ordered the product and it wasn’t quite right, and I communicated with Vista print and not only did they take care of it, they enhanced it even more and replaced the item. It is far better than I even anticipated. I love this item and I’ve been receiving so many great compliments on it.

Small, Portable, and Backed by Great Customer Service

I ordered two tabletop banners for my wellness business and use them at vendor events. They're compact and lightweight, so they pack easily and set up in seconds without taking over my table. One banner arrived with a lighting issue. I contacted the company, and they adjusted it and sent a replacement at no cost. That response is a big reason I'd order from them again. At events, I can't physically display everything I offer. These banners let me highlight services that might not be visible from the table, like consultations, workshops, and group experiences, and they add a polished, professional touch that catches the eye without crowding the space. If you're a small business owner or vendor looking for an affordable way to extend your display, they're a practical choice, and the customer service is a real plus.

Frequently asked questions

Setting up your sign is easy:
1. Cassette: Set your cassette on the table.
2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.

Tabletop signs are best for shorter term use like advertising limited-time deals, events and seasonal offerings. Tabletop retractable banners are better for longer-term messaging, repeat use and travel.

We don’t recommend it. This cardstock is neither water- nor wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit use to indoor settings. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, you may want to consider one of our custom yard signs.
